- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing may vary on locations and hours of service. With photography, I do not limit the number of images you will receive. I always try to deliver the most amount of pictures, edited of course.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers can initially contact me through thumbtack and share their needs. Once services are determined I send a contract and require a 25% deposit. Payments can be made through PayPal, Venmo, Credit/debit. Remaining payment is due at the beginning or the end of the session. After the session it can take 5-10 days for images to be edited and delivered to the client. The gallery is available to download for 30 days. It may also be shared and downloaded multiple times.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
When it comes to photography and videography I took a few courses in college which furthered my interested. Therefore little by little building up my skills to create memorable images and videos. In college, I also minored in digital media design as it was always something I enjoyed learning and creating.
