They were absolutely fantastic. I had an HVAC leak which turned into mold. They took care of it right away; didn’t want to leave mold in my house. They did a great job cleaning up after each day of work too. Very professional. Highly recommend.

Finding out you may have mold in your home is overwhelming, and choosing the right company makes all the difference.
We had such a great experience working with Quality 1 Restoration and couldn’t be more grateful for the care and professionalism we received.
Yoni was fantastic from start to finish. He always responded promptly, explained everything clearly, and was very fair with his pricing. At no point did I feel like he was trying to upsell us or take advantage of the situation.
After weeks of worrying about possible mold in our home, working with Yoni immediately put us at ease. I had been putting off testing because I was so afraid of a worst-case scenario, but Yoni was reassuring and comforting throughout the entire process.
He took the time to help me understand what was going on, worked to identify the cause, and stayed with us every step of the way. Thankfully, our situation ended up being a relatively easy fix, but Yoni was extremely thorough in making sure all mold was properly addressed. He even left his industrial air purifier in our home for extra peace of mind until the lab results confirmed the air was safe and normal.

We had mold remediation done at our new house at the beginning of April and honestly, the entire experience with Yoni and his team was fantastic from start to finish. I reached out super late one night (around 10 pm) thinking I wouldn’t hear back until the next day, but Yoni responded almost right away and we were on the phone by 8:30 the next morning. He was incredibly kind and took the time to walk me through the process — starting with figuring out if we actually had a mold issue, then recommending we have a third-party inspector come out first to confirm.
Once we had the inspection done, Yoni sent over a very straightforward, detailed game plan and even called after emailing it to make sure I understood everything. The work was just finished up last week and they were so thorough and professional throughout the whole process. What started as a super overwhelming and honestly gross situation turned into something that felt completely manageable thanks to how they handled it.
Yoni and Luis were both awesome — they made a not-so-fun situation feel a lot less stressful. I was almost sad to be mold free… almost!
