I had a terrible experience with this company. 0/10
I reached out to this company or them to troubleshoot, and then fix my dishwasher (<2 years old). The individuals shows up on time and began working. At this time, they began removing the dishwasher by forcefully pulling on the door back and forth. They then get this dishwasher out, and begin pulling parts off. Before I know it, they have the part re-installed and the dishwasher back in place. At this time they then state it is going to be $350! No point in time did they provide a quote or state what was wrong. That said, the $350 was paid and they went on their way.
Additionally, I began loading the dishwasher after they left only to notice a loud creaking noise coming from the door. I then notice that a black plastic peace was not reinstalled properly. Upon further investigation, it was determined that they had bent the mount around so much it was unusable. That being said, I reached out to the company for them to return and install the plastic cover properly. They stated times that would work for them and agreed. They then never showed up so I message again, they agree and never showed up. I have messaged, called and texted to no avail.
Very slimy and sleazy way to do business. I wouldn’t recommend.
