- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was fortunate enough to have some great mentors in my life. Having those mentors is what allowed me to grow in my expertise and achieve great things. As I looked around and observed culture 15 years ago, I started to notice that many business owners did not have solid mentors in their life. This resulted in them making "reactive" decisions that ultimately effected their business, then their families, and ultimately our economy. I decided that I wanted to fill in that gap and help business owners understand what it would require for their businesses to succeed.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I begin by gaining a global perspective on their business. From their together we craft the new road map for the next 12 months. Then we execute that plan systematically while continually measuring the tactics with the outcomes we set out to achieve.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I have worked with a gentlemen that desired to start his own business. That relationship began 3 years ago. The company has experienced incredible growth and is now becoming the industry standard in Florida. Over the three years we have weathered many storms, but thankfully we built a proper foundation for his business. Today our challenge is keep up with the growth they are experiencing.
