- What types of customers have you worked with?
We take the worry out of doing construction projects. We offer third party advice on dealing with the entire project, from the start to the completion. Many owners fail to understand that additional costs that are not included in their contract with their GC can be extensive. We also watch that payment made to contractors are correct and espically help manage change orders. In a nut shell, we hold your hand through the project.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
In the end, with what we save a customer makes our services almost free. Most of our clients do one or two construction projects in a lifetime. We have 30 years in this industry and know how to manage a job without the problems that are so common in construction.
