I didn’t use Zul because of a mistake on my part, not Zul’s part. It had to do with a mixup of company selections that were offered to me. However, I must commend the Zul company because they were the first to respond to my electrical concerns, and the owner was so professional after I told him about my mistake of my double booking error. I have been around long enough to know the important characteristics ( such as responsiveness and professionalism)of a good company, and this company is a company that I will make sure to be involved with electrical concerns that I may have in the future.
