Nadim was absolutely amazing. We had an invasion of tiny ants, mainly in the kitchen, and he handled everything with professionalism and expertise.
He was incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to explain the issue, and gave us helpful insight on preventing future problems. He thoroughly assessed our entire home — inside, outside, and even the attic — and made necessary repairs along the way.
We are truly happy with the results and grateful for his care and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

I can’t recommend Big Fish enough. I was frantic over an invasion of palmetto bugs in my house and am so grateful for Nadim and his assistance in fixing the problem. He responded to my call promptly, providing calming guidance and expertise. He explained in detail how they entered the house, where they would be hiding, and how to prevent them going forward.
This review is being written five days after Nadim treated the problem and not a single critter has scurried. I thoroughly cleaned areas where they congregated in the past and have found no evidence of them returning. PROFESSIONAL, PLEASANT and IMPRESSIVE RESULTS.

Nadim is the best, my daughter was facing attack cockroaches and he came to her rescue!! I usually don’t go with the first business that comes up on thumbtack but i did this time, Nadim had a lot of good reviews and now I know why! He responded to my request in a minute and was at the house within an hour. He went through the whole house indoors, outdoors and attic until she was comfortable with the service. I highly recommend Nadims services plus he’s a pleasure to speak with and a really nice guy!!!
