Our pricing is based on project scope, materials, and complexity. We provide free on-site estimates with no hidden fees. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free on-site consultation to assess the project and understand your vision. We then provide a detailed written estimate. Once approved we schedule the work, source quality materials, and complete the project on time with minimal disruption to your home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Florida state licensed General Contractor with over 40 years of hands-on experience in remodeling, flooring, drywall, painting, and restoration. My license requires ongoing education to maintain compliance with Florida building codes and standards.
