- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Would like to make back what I spend on leads here because the services cost each bid. Priceing depends on the difficulty the job. I charge a reasonable rate most of the times on the low side.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Everyone one is different I work the best I can with your needs. I first introduced myself and the card and listen to what they need. Then take a look at the job and give them a price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started by working on my apartments in NY there were 5 of the and my friend who is a building inspection help me a taught me many things. Now I do lots of different kinds of things around the home or business.
