I had Chris out to the house to install some new smoke detectors. He did a small job for me a few years ago on my front door and was excellent.He arrived on time and was very thorough. My smoke detectors are hard wired and he did a great job installing them. The price was right too. I definitely recommend Chris and Spot on Services

Christian repaired and rehung a pantry door and at the last minute installed two ceiling fans for me. He was very efficient and got all the parts needed using photos I sent him for the jobs. He made sure he had all he needed prior to coming and did a very good job on the install. He is going to do some additional plumbing work for me in the near future.

I hired Chris for a variety of projects for a friend whose house I have been helping clean up. He was super helpful and even was able to do some jobs that we were thinking we'd need another person for. He went above and beyond to do a good job, especially with unexpected issues around plumbing. He did screens, put in faucets, helped move heavy items, and much more. Installed a replacement Dish Washer.The owner of Spot On Services,LLC does all his own work. He arrived on time (actually early), Was affable, pleasant and knew what he was doing. Had all the tools and supplies he needed. The installation appears to be perfect. He was meticulous in lining up the edges with the counter tops,leveling the machine, etc, etc. This is my first experience with both "Thumtack" & "Spot On, and wouldl not hesitate to call him or go on-line with Thumtack. The cost as quoted was fair and there were no x-tras or add-ons.I would recommend him to friends

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Would like to make back what I spend on leads here because the services cost each bid. Priceing depends on the difficulty the job. I charge a reasonable rate most of the times on the low side.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Everyone one is different I work the best I can with your needs. I first introduced myself and the card and listen to what they need. Then take a look at the job and give them a price.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started by working on my apartments in NY there were 5 of the and my friend who is a building inspection help me a taught me many things. Now I do lots of different kinds of things around the home or business.
