I have a substantial history of health issues. I have tried other trainers and they were not able to understand nor implement a training program that fit my very specific needs. As both a PT and a trainer Gaby is uniquely qualified to train not only people who want to start exercising or lose weight or tone, but also people who need a little extra care and attention.
Gaby very quickly had me strengthening my core and just a short few weeks in I had stomach muscles where there were none, I was able to get up from the floor without help, my arms feel stronger. There is no question that Gaby’s workouts were the cause of this improvement.
To ensure that her clients get a workout on the days you are not training with her, or if you would prefer training on your own Gaby has an app you can download that is super easy to use where she will create a workout program for you with videos that explain and show exactly how to do each exercise.
