FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All situations are different and unique. Outdoor air quality can determine problems in some cases. Caution and speed are all important in this business as conditions can change quickly. We are competitively priced and stand behind our work and are fully insured. Our goal is to solve your problem, if there is one, as quickly as possible at the least amount of expense to everyone.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to encourage everyone to have their indoor air quality tested on a regular basis. Conditions can change quickly....water can go from clean (Category 1) to black (Category 3) in 120 hours in the right conditions. If you stay alert and see something a professional is trained to handle, do not waste time. Things will only get worse.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Have received training and certification that allows us to operate in all states. Florida requires licensing so we are licensed Assessors and Remediators. The science has changed drastically and we are serious about continuing education. We encourage making sure of certifications and licenses when hiring a professional.
