Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I provide 100% one on one attention to my clients the whole time we train. I've seen too often, trainers who are texting on their phones or talking to other people the entire time they are with their client. That is unprofessional and shows lack of character. I commit myself to my client and make the experience truly PERSONAL! I get to work with different people every day. I also make a difference in peoples lives. Knowing that my job is changing peoples lives for the better makes it easy and enjoyable!

I heard about Chad through one of my friends who highly recommended him. When he first started training me I thought I was in decent shape and was pretty strong, I soon found out otherwise. He pushed me past my limits that I thought I could never get past and my results are a prime example of his knowledge and dedication to helping you. After 6 weeks in his program I had major gains in all my lifts and my endurance was better than ever before. If you want to get in shape, stay in shape, bulk up, or slim down, Chad is the man you need to see. I highly recommend Chad to anyone at any skill level. He will help you reach and exceed your goals.

I've only worked out with Chad for a month, and i can honestly say that in that month of exercise, not only have i lost weight, but he helps you stay on track, keeps it variant so going to the gym doesn't become a boring experience, and motivates you to do things you didn't think you could do. if you're looking for someone to help you reach your goal physically, and mentally get you in the right mindset to help you accomplish what you want, call CE Sports Performance now!

Chad was good when I first started out with him, but then he became real rude and nasty once I started not to come to my sessions because of my hectic work schedule, I am a substitute teacher so my jobs and times I am avaible are all over the place, and not to mention I am on call so if a school calls me and tells me that I need to come in at the last minute I have to drop everything and go. But Chad act like he didn't understand that even though I told him numerous times, he was acting real petty and saying that I was costing him money when that was a lie because if you were already in boynton how is that costing you gas and money. Than after I decided to leave him because of his attitude and talking to me any kind of way Chad would not give me my money back for my services that I did not use and to me that is being a theft, if i did not use my services I should get my money back, but no Chad kept 125 dollars of my money and every time I ask him for it he says nothing. So I advise you be careful of chad he is a wolf in sheep's clothing he starts off nice but then will turn nasty, he first of all don't understand the meaning of a working adult because he has most clients who are wealthy and can spend all times of the day freely doing whatever they please but i'm not like that I have to work.

If you have a time set and an emergency comes up every now and then I could understand not coming to your appointments. When someone cancels 6 times in a row (sometimes 10 mins after the session was supposed to start and other times not even a curtousy call) you will be charged for the sessions. If I am at the gym and you do not show up you get charged. Time slots are reserved for people and that time slot costs money. In Whitney's case she would schedule appointments that would interfere with her work. If you are a teacher do not schedule appointments at 1:00 in the afternoon rather schedule your appointment around 4:00 or 4:30 when you know you can make it. I WOULD LIKE TO ADVISE ALL FUTURE CLIENTS if you don't give me notice in advance (12 hours before, so I can fill in your time slot) that you're not coming to a session and I show up, you WILL BE CHARGED. It is simple. I appreciate the feedback.

Chad is wonderful....My first day was great, he took the time explain everything we were doing. He didnt rush me, he was very patient. All of these characteristics were important to me because Ive never exercise before.

Chad is great. He is very knowlegeable about nutrition as well as different kinds of exercises. He custom fitted a exercise plan to fit my busy schedule. Because of my busy schedule there are times when I can't always make it but as long as I let him know in advance he's very good about accommodating me. I give Chad 100% of my seal of approval and would recommend him to anyone who's looking to lose weight get healthy but also has a busy lifestyle.

FAQs

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have played football for 17 years. With football comes a level of commitment, drive and mental toughness when fitness is concerned. I have always been an extremely hard worker and have been drawn towards fitness from a young age.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

I do Personal Training. I provide a full body fat analysis for each client. This helps the client to be able to set goals for themselves. Then I provide a comprehensive science based exercise program for the clients. Each exercise program is made for the individual.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Remember that personal training is an investment. What you pay for is what you get. Not every personal trainer is the same. Not every personal trainer has a four year degree. Be careful selecting the correct trainer for you. Experience isn't everything. There is a lot of great young trainers out there that can do a great job if given the opportunity!
