I was extremely disappointed with previous plumbers and contractors for their poor performance until MAP Plumbing showed up. Mike and Livan are honest, reliable and communicative. They look into every possible solution to help me with my shower issue and explain everything that was found. The problem was resolved and a new shower head was install immediately. I cannot express enough how wonderful it was to find a contractor who I can say was the best I have hired in over 30 years of being a homeowner. He was responsive on a Sunday to my water heater exploding and flooding my home. He was professional, timely, did an excellent job, and went above and beyond as there was a glitch. Another contractor framed in door of closet so water heater no longer could come out. This man took the door off the hinges, used carpentry skills and removed the hot water heater. Then he replaced it and made sure that everything worked. He always asked before doing anything. He also was tidy and cleaned up after himself. I will be using him for all my upcoming plumbing projects. He also was extremely kind in pricing as all the extra work he did he didnt charge me for or accept additional money. He gets A plus five stars in my book. Anybody who would like a reference for his work can reach out to me. Feeling very grateful to have found him on thumbtack.
