As a real estate/construction professional that has worked with a number of structural engineering firms, CS3 has hands down been the best engineering firm I have ever worked with. I would highly recommend them. They were flexible with scheduling even on rather short notice, extremely well priced and some of the quickest turn around times on reports/schedule availability.
