- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have flat rate pricing, we do this so you know the complete price up front before the project begins. We don’t believe you should pay more because a plumber doesn’t have the right tool and takes longer or runs into unforeseen circumstances on the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would typically set up a visit to the home to assess the situation and provide multiple options to correct the problem for the homeowner. We would discuss the options and find out which one works best for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a plumber for close to twenty years now. I have licensing in multiple states for plumbing. I have certifications from many product manufacturer’s to be able to properly any product we provide.
