Fast to come out and inspect, thankfully we did not have them! Victor brought a kit out to swab the area and it showed no activity, he was very knowledgeable and professional. Peace of mind.

3 home inspections and 2 treatment within a 3 day period, I felt like part of a family, I think I spoke to or met everyone on the team. They put me at ease and told me our bed bug problems, were theirs now. They are professionals, I felt like a small army of BBE employees were called into action. 2 homes treated the same day, my ex-husbands and my home. Kidos are bite free now and we are back to our normal lives, if one can call it that.
