I have used Florida Doug Services for several projects at our Sarasota quadplex and his quality of workmanship and professionalism is the best I've seen in his profession. His first job involved repairing a ceiling, wall, and floor damaged by a leaking attic-mounted AC unit. He matched the drywall texture and paint perfectly, and also did a great job replacing the damaged vinyl plank flooring with a close match, all while we had tenants living there. He did it quickly, professionally, and for a fair price. He also did a short-notice repair on one unit that had a major plumbing repair (see photos below). This unit was being used as a short term vacation rental, so the repairs all had to happen over a 3 day period between guests. The photos speak for themselves on Doug's drywall and paint skills. Recently, Doug repaired some kitchen cabinets and drawers in another unit during a tenant turnover on short notice, plus he put me in touch with a great plumber who fixed some major plumbing issues. Most importantly, you can trust Doug to work with you on pricing. He gives a professional estimate before each job, and keeps you posted if the cost goes higher before doing the work. And when one of my jobs took less labor or materials, he adjusted the price lower. Florida Doug is a skilled and honest professional. You can trust him to do his best on any job!
