I had another excellent experience with New Dawn Electric at my home in Lakewood Ranch, Manatee County, Florida, and I highly recommend them.Allen, Dean, and Rocco were extremely professional and courteous. They took the time to work through a couple of challenging projects and made sure the final results were optimized for me as the homeowner. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and thorough throughout the service.They installed a dedicated 20A GFCI circuit for my garage refrigerator to improve reliability and safety, and to help prevent losing perishable items due to an electrical issue.They also handled a complex in-wall wiring install for a wall-mounted TV, running the wiring down to a hidden cutout behind our TV console. The end result looks clean and truly professional.I plan to have New Dawn Electric, and specifically Allen, Dean, and Rocco, handle a couple of upcoming electrical projects at our house soon. If you need electrical work done, I strongly suggest giving New Dawn Electric a call.

Phenomenal customer service from initial phone call through to their onsite service delivery. A very positive experience. The electricians were professional and experienced- prompt in arrival and friendly, they diagnosed the problem almost immediately after troubleshooting the issue (a problem that previously hired electrician could not), they were knowledgeable and very honest in their recommended solution. Problem was repaired same day, diligently, efficiently and effectively. Very pleased and I now can highly recommend with confidence based on personal experience. Thank you, NDE!!

I had an excellent experience with New Dawn Electric at my home in Lakewood Ranch, Manatee County, FL, and I highly recommend them.Jack and Adrian were extremely punctual and arrived a couple of minutes before the start of the service window I was initially given. They were extremely professional and courteous. They also took the time to listen carefully as I explained my initial thoughts and concerns as the homeowner. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and thorough throughout the service.Jack and Adrian performed the New Dawn Electric Premium Home Electrical Safety & Reliability Audit to establish a baseline for my homes electrical system.During the audit and inspection, they identified and addressed two minor issues: A loose outlet in the kitchen, which they secured properly. A GFCI outlet powering the garage refrigerator that was also protected by a GFCI breaker in the panel which was causing reliability issues; they replaced it with a standard duplex outlet to resolve the issue.I appreciated their clear explanations, strong attention to detail and safety, and the overall peace of mind the audit and repairs provided.I already have plans to have New Dawn Electric, and specifically Jack and Adrian, handle a couple of upcoming electrical projects for us in the near future.I strongly suggest you give New Dawn Electric a call for any of your home electrical needs.

The New Dawn team was hired to help us put new lights in a very old installation of a pool, which required routing lines under the pool deck finding the boxes changing the boxes fixing the boxes. It was a real mess and although at this point it is not completely finished. We hit a snag, which certainly had nothing to do with the electrical team. They are working tirelessly to help us get it done! And I would definitely call them again for any electrical needs that I may have in the future!
