Gary was very responsive and responded in minutes to my request for a quote. We were able to schedule a time for him to come by the next day. The fix was simple but Gary found some other items that needed to be addressed and fixed them in the spot. Lastly, the charge was more than fair. I’ll be calling Gary again should I have a need at one of my local investment properties.
