A. Why does our a/c systems operates a long time in the summer ?
We discover that the system is out dated , or not sufficient for the application . Also it could have been installed incorrectly , so we provide the right solution for home or business . Today's equipments are engineered under the proper enviroment . That's where we come in and provide the proper solution to create the proper enviroment for your existing or your new equipment , for your home or business . Indoor Air Quality is our goal .
Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?
A. We have several occasions where we repaired cooling systems for customers with a payment plan to fit their situation , cause of the financial status of the family . We can't afford to do that 24/7 but we do look into the situation and make the proper decision to help out .
Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. Before 1988 , I personally was working as a intern learning the HVAC industry . What I mostly appreciate from my training was to never be greedy , but to be honest and fair .
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. I like seeing the happy faces of clients when they are happy with the service and didn't had to get a loan to have the repair or service done .
Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?
A. Every year we attend the "continue with education" program , mandotary by the state of Florida . This will keep us updated on changes in the industry .
Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?
A. Starting sometime in 2015 , the new basic system is going to be 14 seer .
