- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive rates for offices and commercial properties as well as busy households! The automated quotes you receive from us is the rate for weekly/bi-weekly services following your initial clean. Initial cleans will be charged at a slightly higher rate due to the amount of extra time and care they require to be done well and in a thorough manner. We offer detailed services at an additional cost ncluding: - inside the refrigerator - inside the oven - inside windows - wash dishes and silverware (per sink) - French doors (inside) - hand wash interior doors - sweep out garage - steam mop floors At Happy Hearth Cleaning, we do not believe anyone should be bound to long-term contracts, therefore, we offer month-to-month flexibility with our service contracts for commercial clients. We want you to be extremely satisfied with our work!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Part of our commitment to customer satisfaction is to follow up with a text or phone call within 48 hours of your initial cleaning to inquire about what was done well and most importantly, what could be done better. We strive to provide 5-star service. As a local, family-owned business, we are dedicated to establishing individualized relationships with our customers.
