- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our goal at Koala is to provide the best solution at the best price. We pride ourself on being competitively priced in our industry. We provide the customer with multiple estimates to provide solutions to their needs. We also offer financing solutions if needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with a new customer includes setting a free estimate to visit the home. During that visit we speak with new customer about their need and concerns. After a through review of the insulation we provide multiple estimates to address the area of concern and review those with the customer. Once the customer has selected the estimate they wish to proceed with we scheduled a time for the job to be completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our employees a required to completed a certificate training course when they are hired. We also require our technicians to pass a safety course for the materials they will be working with. For our customers we offer blogs and additional resources on our website.
