Anthony was AWESOME! Within 18 hours I had my junkremoved. He responded right away and was actually early to the pick up window. He got a large couch, table and ottoman cleared out within 15 minutes. I would highly highly recommend him for any junkremoval.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use upfront pricing with no hidden fees. Unless the scope of work changes significantly the price is the price. That works both ways up and down.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For small jobs photos and a brief conversation are usually enough to give a firm quote. For larger jobs or unique scenarios we like to give in person estimates to be able to give the most accurate quote.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with all types of customers. The most frequent customer we have are homeowners who are moving or who have just moved.
