• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  All pricing are usually a full brand strategy package. I will give you the option to choose from a single logo price vs. a full branding package. The full branding package would be the most beneficial to grow your business to the next level.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  Once we establish what is needed. A quote will be given to the client. Once client accepts the quote, I will require a un-refundable deposit that is due before project can start. I require full open communication at all times either via message, email, or video chat. Once the project is done, the final balance will be due before the files are distributed.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  I have a Bachelors of Arts in Graphic Design and Media Art.
