- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For annual rentals our rentSourcing pricing is $99/Month plus leasing fee. For vacation rentals our Vacationado pricing is $99/Month for our Basic Plan and $99/Month plus 10% for our Full Plan.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We determine their goals. Once that is accomplished it lays out the rest of the plan.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a fully licensed Real Estate Brokerage, this requires multiple years in the industry along with over 300 hours of education and several licensing tests provided through the state of Florida
