We offer free inspections and provide detailed, upfront pricing based on the specific needs of your home. For insurance-related work, we use the approved pricing guidelines your carrier provides, so there are no surprises. For retail projects, we offer transparent proposals and financing options. We’re also proud to offer discounts for military members and first responders here in the Sarasota area.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a free, no-obligation inspection of your roof and exterior. We take photos, document any damage, and walk you through everything we find. If your home has storm-related damage, we’ll guide you through the insurance claim process. If it’s a retail project, we provide a clear, professional proposal and answer all your questions. Once you approve the work, we handle everything from permitting to final cleanup and keep you informed the entire way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As part of the Storm Guard network, we undergo extensive training on roofing systems, installation best practices, safety compliance, and storm damage assessment. We also stay up to date on Florida building codes, high-wind zone requirements, and hurricane mitigation standards. Our team is certified by leading manufacturers, and we continue to train on new materials and techniques to bring our customers the best service possible.
