- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we would do a walk through and discuss problem areas or areas where upcoming changes are being done to the landscaping. In the walkthrough we would also run the system to check for leaks, water pressure issues and areas with little or too much coverage. An estimate is always given before and must be approved before any work can begin.
