Ozorio promptly responded to my inquiry and came out the next day. He performed a full system check, replaced several broken heads and a valve that wasn't working. Very professional, personable and knowledgeable. He'll be my "go to" sprinkler company from now on.

My backflow and several of my valves started leaking over the weekend. This was worst-case scenario for me considering I recently had 13 pallets of Bermuda installed 3 weeks prior. I reached out to Ozorio and was contacted in about 15 mins on Sunday. Confirmed he would be here 10:30am the next day. He was punctual. Upon arrival Ozorio was professional and explained the process to me. Once he discovered what the problem was he was upfront on the price and what it would include. He completed a rebuild of my backflow and my sprinkler valve system (for 7 zones). I can honestly say that his quality of work was significantly better than what the builder delivered 3 years ago. The price was fair and I won’t hesitate to call him for any future sprinkler projects, in addition to make sure I pass his contact on to family and friends.
