- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes and no. Some items have a standared pricing matrix while other items will be custom to the job at hand.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Detected to quality and our customers, we like to spend the first bit of time getting to know the customers needs and concerns. From there we are able to build a profile of exactly what the customer would like done. After we establish this we like to go over who we are, where we have come from and what our vision is to ensure the custer is 100% satisfied and we fit their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are trained, certified and licensed for fertilizer application in the state of Florida. Furthermore we are licensed and certified to perfrom lawn maintenance in Manatee, Sarasota and surrounding counties.
