Melvin arrived on time for our initial consultation. After 3 treatments/cleanings the clarity of my pool is starting to shine through. Prior tile work threw the chemicals out of range but Melvin corrected them quickly. I receive a text before Melvin arrives weekly and an electronic invoice before payment followed by an emailed receipt. So far I am very satisfied with the entire business. Melvin treats his work as a business, not a side job, and his professionalism leaves a lasting impression.
