What Customers Should Know About Our Pricing 1. Free Estimates We always provide free in-home or on-site estimates. This way, you’ll know the exact cost before any work begins. 2. Transparent Pricing Our prices are based on the size of the area, the condition of the grout/tile/stone, and the type of service (cleaning, sealing, recoloring, repair, etc.). There are no hidden fees. 3. Available Discounts • First-time customers: 10% off • Senior citizens & veterans: special discounts • Service packages: Save when combining services (e.g., floor + shower restoration) 4. Payment Options We accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, and credit/debit cards. • Full payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. • Debit and credit card payments include a 3% processing fee. 5. Additional Fees • A travel fee may apply outside our main service areas (Bradenton, Sarasota, Venice, North Port, Port Charlotte). • Specialty products (such as epoxy grout, color sealers, or natural stone treatments) may increase the base price, but we always confirm these before starting. 6. Satisfaction Guarantee If you are not 100% satisfied with our service, we will return and make it right at no extra charge.

Evaluation & Quote We evaluate the condition of the surfaces and provide a detailed proposal with pricing, recommended services, and options (such as color seal or epoxy grout). 3. Choosing Colors & Options If the job requires grout recoloring or sealing, we show you samples so you can select the color that best matches your style. 4. Performing the Work On the scheduled date, our team arrives on time, prepares the work area, and completes the services (cleaning, sealing, recoloring, regrouting, caulking, repairs, etc.) with professional care. 5. Final Walkthrough Once the job is done, we walk through the area with you to ensure you’re satisfied with the results. 6. Payment & Guarantee Payment is collected upon completion (with your choice of payment method). We provide a satisfaction guarantee — if something isn’t right, we’ll return and fix it. 7. Care Instructions We leave you with simple maintenance tips and product recommendations so your floors, grout, and bathrooms stay looking new for years.
