I would highly recommend Elmer to any family member or friend. We were dealing with a family emergency, with a loved one in the ICU, while also facing a plumbing issue that could have required shutting off the water to our entire house. With four kids at home and family staying with us during this difficult time, stress levels were already high.Elmer responded quickly and arrived within about an hour on a Saturday.
