I was recommended to Spot On Assessments by a friend of mine who had used them in the past. We had a pretty bad roof leak that went unnoticed for who knows how long. My husband and I started to have severe allergies which is not typical for us. It wasn't until the smell (of what would be mold) became apparent that we even realized. Long story short Christian came over to do an inspection and found the source. He proceeded to test our air and take some samples. A few days later it was confirmed that we indeed had mold growing which on top of the humidity from the water was really unpleasant. I want to thank Christian for his patience because we have a pretty hectic schedule ( 2 kids will do that to you) and not only did he make himself available at the time best for us but he was efficient and really took the time to answer my million questions and explain the more complicated process which was taking care of the mold. Would recommend him to any and all of my friends and loved ones who have or suspect they have water or mold damage to their home. Thanks again!
