What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The service call and diagnosis is $79 if you decide not to proceed with the repair. This fee is applied toward the total repair price when you approve and complete the repair. We explain the diagnosis and provide the repair price before work begins. Eligible replacement parts are covered for up to one year; labor and workmanship coverage is 90 days. The applicable part warranty is stated in your estimate or invoice.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is simple:
1. I listen to the customer and gather details about the issue.
2. I perform a full diagnosis to find the exact problem.
3. I explain the issue and provide a clear price before starting any work.
4. Once approved, I complete the repair and test the appliance.
5. I make sure everything is working properly before I leave.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am EPA certified and trained to work with refrigerants and appliance systems. I stay up to date with modern appliances and repair techniques to provide safe and reliable service.
