Greg called almost immediately after I posted asking for repair service. He set up a time to come by the house the next day; saw what needed to be done. He ordered the part and told me what day to expect him to return to make the repair. He called to verify the day I was expecting him. The repair was completed in about 1/2 hour to 45 minutes. The washer has been working great again.

I called Greg to look at my washing machine that would only work on one cycle. He priced the part and labor cost for me and compared it to getting a new washer. He also gave me good tips on what to look for with the new washers. I Am checking out new washer see before making a decision whether or not to repair this one.
Greg is very professional, knowledgeable, and honest about repairs needed. He was pleasant and a gentleman. I would definitely call him again for an appliance repair.

Greg is absolutely awesome! I was so pleased, I would use him again and again without hesitation for ALL of my appliances. He assessed my dishwasher and showed me that it really didn't need an expensive part. He was reliable, honest and efficient. Cannot say enough nice things about Greg!

Greg did a wonderful job he came early and worked quickly to diagnose the problem. He then explained my options to me as well as the issues I may have with this particular machine. When he left I felt then I had a better understanding of washing machines in general. My machine is working great now. Thanks Greg!
