Mike Immediately called us back, set up an appointment, and showed up on time. He was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem, and was honest with us that it would be more cost effective to buy a new DW then to repair the old one. (He did call for parts and give us a quote to replace them though) We will definitely call Mike again for any other Appliance repair.

Needed a microwave oven repair. Found Tech Master through Thumbtack. Mike R. came out promptly and correctly diagnosed the problem (magnetron). He ordered the necessary part, expedited getting it and fixed microwave within 5 days for the original estimated charge (plus cost of part). He was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. I would use him again for any appliance repair.

Mike was terrific! He even explained a possible solution for another issue I was having with this refrigerator (not a repair problem). He was very pleasant, prompt and efficient. I would highly recommend Mike and his company, Tech Master Inc.

Refrigerator was not getting cold, called about 9 am and he said he would be there betwee 12&2pm. he was on time and had every thing working in less than 2 hrs, had to order a part and came the next day by 11am. Very reasonable and I can tell he loves his work and people. I would recommend him to all my friends and will call him again if I have problems with other appliances
