- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have set prices for service calls and labor charges. However, every air conditioning unit can be a different prices are based on the application of the homeowner.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We treat every customer with respect and professionalism. We are a service company, not a sales company. We will take the time to answer all questions and concerns and if we can't answer it right then we will make all efforts to get the answers for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My technicians are certified and we continuly attend educational programs to keep up on all new technology and laws pertaining to the business.
