Can not say enough about this company! They has always done my A/C maintenance and when it finally came time to replace my entire house system, it was the easiest decision I've ever made. Not only did they do exactly what they said they would, in the timeframe they said, but it was an amazing value for the products and services I received. They went above and beyond to explain exactly why I needed a new system, what the pros/cons of new vs. repairing my existing system were, and then gave their honest no pressure opinion on what I should do. The day of, the following day, and days after they followed up with me and came out to check the system to ensure everything was working right and that they had answered all my questions. They even gave me advice on how to improve my system performance and overall home comfort in the future.

I have to say from the time we contacted American mechanical everything went smooth. Nick Coraci the owner and his partner Doug were both very professional and a pleasure to have in my home. They explained everything that they were doing from the time they showed up to inspect the unit right down to installing the new unit. They were very good at explaining all the different units we had to choose from and breaking down each individual unit making it a lot easier to pick a new air unit to have installed in our home. Its never easy when things break down but they definitely took the anxiety out of the air. I would highly recommend American mechanical cooling and heating For any of your air unit needs.

My SWFL HVAC SYSTEM was saved by them and so was my wallet! They could have offered to replace the entire unit as others had for a very hefty price! Instead, they found the problem was a bad motor and they replaced it and cleaned up the mess left by the former tech! They literally saved me $8000 and I am so grateful! In addition, Their Preventive Maintenance is awesome! Doug went above and beyond to clean filters that appear to never have been cleaned by prior tech service. Clean and neat and yes, responsive! These are the good guys! I recognize quality because I come from a family that owned an HVAC business back home! I am blessed to have looked for that second opinion and found American Mechanical!

Met with Kenny Evans of American Mechanical, discussed in depth the installation of a new central A/C split system. Kenny is very knowledgeable, and extremely easy to talk to. Based on the above, I contracted with Kenny on the spot, agreed on price. No second or third estimates, just a gut feeling.I was not pressured at all, because my A/C unit was working fine, just getting older. Now just a few days later, 4/22/20, the units are installed and up and running fine. The installer (Doug) and helper arrived on time, and got right to work. Very professional, extremely courteous, and answered all of my questions. They cleaned up so well, my garage is cleaner then it was before. My appreciation to Kenny , Doug, and the whole gang at American Mechanical. Well Done folks!!! I whole heartedly recommend American Mechanical.
