- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Never a fee for an estimate or second opinion. Discounts are available to first responders, veterans, educators, and members of our annual Total Comfort Maintenance agreement. Discounts for members include 10% off equipment on new installs/replacement systems, 10% off parts and labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Free site visit from a highly qualified technician to discuss your project and/or assess your service needs. We then work up an estimate and present that estimate to you digitally, walking you through each aspect of the work to be done answering any questions that you may have. All appointment confirmations are sent digitally to your cell phone via text or to an email if you prefer. You will receive an appointment reminder digitally the day before your appointment. On the day of the appointment you will receive a text or email with a picture of the technician who will be arriving at your location along with a brief bio and an link to an "uber like" app where you can track the technician's progress to your site.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are highly skilled and NATE certified.
