I was absolutely freaking out this past Monday when my air conditioning went out. I just bought a home here in Cape Coral and I knew the AC unit was older, but I was NOT expecting it to fail within just a few weeks of moving in Thankfully, these guys are right down the street and arrived at my home no more than 30 minutes after I called for service. I believe theyre a smaller operation at the moment which turns out to be a great advantage in getting emergency ac repairs. Just sayingIve dealt with HVAC companies in the past and I fully expected them to recommend me to replace the system given its age. To my surprise, this was not the case at all. The technician (Gene I believe) was truly a repairman and didnt try to upsell a thing.He had my homes air conditioning back to blowing that cool air that I so desperately needed within no more than 20 minutes. I usually dont write reviews, but Citywide definitely deserves one based on the air conditioning service I received!Regards,Isaac

I called them out over the weekend to repair my homes air conditioner. They lived up to their promise for same-day service and I wasnt pushed for replacement or unnecessary repairslike I have been from other companies in the past. I think Ive found my go-to air conditioning company for years to come!
