Extremely satisfied. I set up a Maintenance request online the night before, Joe messaged and had service scheduled for me the next day. Jack was the sercice tech and even called to see if he could come early, which is always a plus. He took his time, explained everything he did and stayed until he verified everything he did was working correctly. I will definitely be using Precision Heating & Cooling from here on out! Joe, his wife, and crew were all fabulous! Always quick to respond and cheerful, not to mention highly competent. They were able to get a condenser that other companies said was impossible. Then when they found out the job was on an island, and they had to come out in a canoe, they didn't bat an eye. Highly recommended on so many levels.

We are $189 per hour for repairs during normal business and $283.50 per hour during After-hours, weekends and holidays. We do not offer special discounts.
