Nick was very straight forward & explained what needed to be done. We had looked around and got other opinions.I believe we chose the right man. Did a great job to a difficult building/ plumbing problem. Products we needed were no longer being manufactured & he was able to fix the problem with new equipment and didn't make it complicated. We had no water for almost 4 days he came out & had the new parts & problem fixed in 3-4 hours. We now have water again.Thank You Nick! we will recommend you to anyone who needs your services. Nick came over and did an estimate, which was fair. He picked up a part that he suspected he would need and returned the next day at the agreed-upon time. He worked methodically through each part of the project, and requested input from me, to ensure quality and satisfaction were being maintained during each work unit. He explained how the components worked, so I am better able to help him understand if anything goes wrong in the future. He cleaned up afterward (except he forgot his large towel). I strongly recommend Southwest Hydro-Jetting for your plumbing needs!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I know my market and competitor's. Estimated price will be the bottom line we have no hidden fees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually starts off with a phone call we talk about what there concerns are, then a meet and greet at the property to discuss the scope of work and the goals they have in mind. I will go over the process and hows its done, we agree on a price and then we perform the work in a professional manner. If they need to see license and insurance we will provide and then agree on what form of payment. A signed estimate will give us to perform work on agreed terms.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in plumbing since 1990 in all phases of residential and commercial. Also went to trade school and owned a pressure cleaning company.
