- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give on-site estimates free of charge. Communication is key to getting you the most accurate estimate possible and we are committed to staying on budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a phone call where we discuss feasibility. Then we meet at the project sight and discuss your needs in detail. I take measurements, ask questions, offer suggestions, and generally have a productive conversation about your needs and my ability to fulfill them. We'll discuss timeline, materials, design, budget and any ideas or concerns you have. Customer service and communication is key throughout the entire process
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have many contacts in the construction industry and can typically get all your questions answered in a single visit. I will walk you through the project process; how it starts, work timeline, and cleanup throughout the project. Communication and customer service are a top priority in my work.
