Excellent Cleaning, But Unexpected Upcharge I recently hired the Deep Cleaning housekeeping team, and I must say they did an excellent job. They were thorough, efficient, and very polite throughout the process. The cleanliness of my home afterward was impressive. However, I was surprised when I received an additional charge after the work was completed. We had agreed upon a price in advance, and I wasn’t informed that the job was larger than she expected until after it was all finished. Clear communication about any changes in cost would have been appreciated. Despite this, I still appreciate the quality of their work and their professionalism. My advice is that if you use them, to make sure you have very clear transparency regarding pricing adjustments.
