Paula was an immediate referral from a neighbor. I completely understand why she is so busy! Start to finish, it was a seamless process. She came for the estimate Monday, started Tuesday, and was to have finished on Saturday, but the finished today, a day early... when does that ever happen?
They took time to carefully mask and protect furniture, lights, and everything that wasn’t going to be painted.
The patch and fills were smooth and done well.
Excellent communication skills. Paula offered color and other suggestions, while being open to listening to what I wanted. She made a suggestion for the baseboards that I wasn’t sold on, but the result looks fabulous and she was absolutely right.
I’ll post pictures as soon as I finish the flooring.

We had a wood frame home by the water to paint and Paula and her team did a great job. After renovations, we had lots of new wood on the home and they recommended the best products to use with our home's requirements and we are very pleased with the results. Some areas needed retouching and they returned to complete those to make sure we were 100% satisfied. Great people! We would hire them again!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to make schedule for the first appointment for a free quote after we got all the details from the project , We send then a estimate by email if they want to go forward
we add the customer information to my liability insurance policy and We will provide the customer a certificate of insurance and set up
Schedule and helps on the paint colors if they need too.
