Words can't describe the transformation that occurred. Steven did an amazing job from design through installation. It's perfect. We have the best yard and the most awesome irrigation set up in the neighborhood. Neighbors have been complimenting us non stop. I always tell them it's all because of Steven and Tammie. I must give serious kudos to Steven and his crew! From the first meeting until the project was complete, I had a 100% positive experience. Steven spent time surveying my yard, and listening to what my needs were. We have future plans to have a pool put in, and he took all of that into mind when designing my system. He then explained the options to me, set realistic expectations for each, and helped me decide on what would be best for my yard. The project was completed within three days. Steven did a full demo of my system and all of the features. He made sure I was comfortable with the system. I will have minimal issues and I still get head to head coverage. I love the design of the sprinkler head; it puts water exactly where you want it. They are also really cool to watch. Steven and his crew definitely went above and beyond for my irrigation installation. I am truly enjoying my new system. Watering my flower beds and yard can be done in minutes vs. hours I spent manually watering. I could not be happier with the quality of the product and installation. Thanks again Steven and crew!

Steve was very professional and outlined a beautiful watering schedule for us . His employees were very helpful also, they did have a little bump in the road they didn't tighten one of the new sprinkler heads and the water leaked out over night . I called Steve and he apologized and had his men out there quickly to elevate the problem . We also got a rain monitor installed but I'm not there now to see if it work but I'm sure it does. Have not had any problems and found Steve to be quite accommodating, I'm sure if there is a problem he will take care of it . Work was done in N Ft Myers

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is important that I can come out to the customers house and inspect the grounds to prepare an accurate and percise quote. I work directly with the homeowner to gain knowledege of their landscape needs. I produce computer generated designs upon request.
