Customer is very please with the promptness of Kash Property Maintenance's response for my search for lawn maintenance. He communicates well and conducts himself like a professional. I liked that he arrived at the job site dressed for work...including a collared shirt that identified his business with number. I want to know, and my neighbors want to know who is working around my house. Kash did a great job with mowing and trimming, and promised that the yard would look the same way after every cut. I took a chance on a business I wasn't familiar with and I'm glad that I did!

Kash provided lawncare services for my home. He is very professional, showed up on time, started to work and completed the mowing within an hour's time. He cleared the shaving and edged up, making the property better. He is a keeper and I will be working with him in the future.

It was easy to setup, and the were even out there the same day! They send pictures when they mow, and so you know immediately afterwards how well they did. I highly recommend them.

Kirk was actually early for his appointment, he was professional. His explanations were clear, including what services would be provided, how often they would be rendered, the cost, how things would be billed. He did a great job, especially considering the difficulty of that first mowing. Will recommend to others.
