Kash provided lawncare services for my home. He is very professional, showed up on time, started to work and completed the mowing within an hour's time. He cleared the shaving and edged up, making the property better. He is a keeper and I will be working with him in the future.

Customer is very please with the promptness of Kash Property Maintenance's response for my search for lawn maintenance. He communicates well and conducts himself like a professional. I liked that he arrived at the job site dressed for work...including a collared shirt that identified his business with number. I want to know, and my neighbors want to know who is working around my house. Kash did a great job with mowing and trimming, and promised that the yard would look the same way after every cut. I took a chance on a business I wasn't familiar with and I'm glad that I did!

I needed my rental property in Middletown, OH mowed and weeded prior to renting 1 unit. The job took less than 1 hour, especially since Mr. Kash is fast and efficient. I was impressed how quickly Mr. Kash texted me back with a reasonable quote and was on the job within 1 hour! He was exactly on time and did a great job. The weeds were out of control and Mr. Kash cut down the weeds then applied weed killer which were nearly gone 6 hours later. My property looked so much better after he completed the job. His pricing is very fair so I signed a very readable contract for Mr. Kash to mow and weed on a regular basis. So nice to deal with a small business that is reasonably priced, efficient, and does a great job.
