This company wasn’t very good at communication or keeping up with the maintenance of my lawn. I reached out to them in March because they were suppose to come for the second time to take care of my lawn. Apparently their lawn mower went down which is completely understandable but there was no communication of this. They eventually came on the 25th. I’m scheduled for every 2 weeks. I ended up having to reach back out to them asking about my lawn. It was then I expressed how unhappy I was about their lack of communication. They told me I signed up for services that happen every 7-10. I then expressed to him that 10 business days from the last service had passed. There was never an apology or some type of discount. During that conversation (Sunday) I asked when they could service my lawn. My text message wasn’t returned until that following Tuesday. I decided to sever my ties with the company.

Hello Shakira, Im sorry that our service did not meet your expectation. As discussed in our conversation your lawn would have been serviced every 7-10 days in the growing season not in the dry season as we are currently in. During dry season we schedule properties every 2 weeks. Some lawns do not need to be serviced at this interval. If a lawn is not serviced, the customer is not charged. This was expressed during our conversation.
