A highly professional company. Top quality work with amazing results. Cleaned years of mildew dirt dust debris and look brand new! I didn't expect for every inch to shine. I thought some staining impossible to remove completely. Best price in Cape Ft Myers area. I will definitely use again for pool cage patio cleaning.

Felix and his associate did an excellent job, did everything he promised plus, very efficient. Covered all exposed plantings and cleaned all the windows effected by the washing. Roof looks like new.

Work was done using professional grade equipment. Patios were on both sides of the villa so it took a couple of hundred feet of hose to snake around the building. Tim went thru 3 or 4 steps of clean the patios and garage floor. I am very happy with the results. Benitez was not the least expensive of all the quotes. Some of the quotes were so low that I could not trust them to do a good job.
